As a participant of Midweek Life Groups/Bible Studies, I agree to not only be a learner, but a server. I will periodically help with cleaning up the coffee area and help with childcare. The Life Groups/Bible Studies need many hands to make them successful, and if we all serve as we learn together, our fellowship will be sweet.

CHILDREN'S PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Children's Program (Nursery-K and Homeschool 1st-6th grades) will be available for children enrolled in the program fulltime. Due to limititations in class size, registration must be received and approved before admittance.

Children's class size will be limited so register early-first registered, first placed.
When necessary, nursing infants (up to 3 months old) may be in class with their mother.
Homeschool children may be required to purchase a book.

As a participant in Mid-Week LifeGroups/Bible Studies I agree to the following:

When my child is in the Children's program, I will be participating in the LifeGroups/Bible Study and will not leave the church facilities.
I will keep my child home if he/she is sick (e.g., cold, fever,vomiting or diarrhea).
Due to limited faciliteis and help, child care for children from private home day care programs will not be provided.
