| At Westwood it is our desire to help parents lead their children to a life of full devotion to God. After salvation, Baptism is the Next Step in this process. We know that some subjects are hard to explore with your children and that is why we have a class that will teach Baptism at your chilld's level. This class is geared for children 5 years old to 12 years old and will help children understand the need to be baptized. Here at Westwood, we believe that the Bible is clear that Baptism is not a part of the salvation process. This class will explore the topics of Salvation by faith, why we immerse, and the picture of Baptism. Practical advice will also be given with details about Westwood's Baptisms on Sundays. This Baptism class is held 4 times a year and is a requirement for children who want to be baptized at Westwood.
