Sunday 5:00-7:00 PM
The AWANA 24/7 Ministries High school program is called Journey. It is an energetic journey through God’s Word, with core Bible studies and electives full of enhanced content, life application, and Scripture memory. The atmosphere provides for in-depth, focused discipleship in a challenging and thought-provoking environment, for students grades 9 – 12 who are interested in going deeper in scripture.
The best part about Journey is its flexibility. Westwood Baptist Church is able to provide our High School students with the study materials and supervision to successfully complete the program along with the opportunity to live out their potential as “Leaders In Training” throughout the AWANA clubs. Those students participating in the 24/7 Ministries program meet in E-5 each Sunday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Bible lessons, prayer, worship, activities and DINNER!!
For those interested in pursuing their Citation Award, 24-7 Ministries provides incentives for achievement that can lead to scholarships at a number of top Christian colleges around the country. (Check out the scholarship page at www.awana.org )
