PARENTING RESOURCES
We are committed to coming along side of you and offering pertinent resources to help you fulfill your God-given responsibility to raise your children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. We periodically offer Baptism Classes, Child Dedication and Parenting Classes. Please check the events calendar for the next scheduled class.

NURSERY (6 weeks - 2 years old)

We are excited to show the love of Jesus to each child by gently caring for each child and their specific needs.
Attentive Care (6 weeks – 4 months)
Crawlers (4 months – 1 year)
Toddlers (1 year & walking)
2 year olds

EARLY CHILDHOOD (3 years old - Kindergarten)

Our structured classes are built upon a specific Bible Story and the concepts are reinforced through unique activities, and crafts. The children also have Free Play, Recreation, and Snack Time.

BIBLE HOUR (1st - 6th Grade)

Children are divided into classrooms according to their grade level. In this small group setting children are able to explore Bible truths while sharing life experiences with children their age.

KID'S CHURCH (1st - 5th Grade)

This dynamic, high energy program will encourage kids to encounter God in a real and powerful way. The kids enjoy the upbeat worship, drama, videos and storytelling.
9am Service: 3rd – 5th Grade
10:30 Service: 1st & 2nd Grade

AWANA (3 years old - 6th Grade)

Children are encouraged in memorizing Bible Verses and have a packed evening together. We offer the following clubs on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8pm.
Cubbies – 3-5 year olds (need to be potty trained)
Sparks - Kindergarteners – 2nd Grade
Truth & Training (boys and girls clubs) 3rd – 6th Grade

FAMILY FUN NIGHTS (all ages)

We desire to be an outreach to our community. Various times throughout the year we offer a safe, wholesome and family-friendly event. Our hope is families will be able to come together and get to know each other better.

KID'S CHOIR (Kindergarten - 6th Grade)

The children of Westwood Baptist Church are given an opportunity to perform through music and drama. This is a seasonal program dependent upon parental interest and involvement.

SUMMER HUMMER (4 years old - 6th Grade)

This is a large camp with hundreds of leaders and kids excited to share Jesus. The goal of Summer Hummer is to show children the meaning of life while they are having the time of their life! Exciting activities including games, go carts, zip line, awesome entertainment, Bible lessons, and more! There are 2 divisions of the camp: Half Day Campers (4 years old – Kidnergarten) and Full Day Campers (1st – 6th Grade).
