Short-Term applications are now available online. There are three different applications. It is important that you choose the correct one.

1. Application #1 is for Adults over the age of 25 who have gone on a Westwood sanctioned trip in the past two years.

2. Application #2 is for adults over the age of 25 who have not gone on a Westwood sanctioned trip in the past two years.

3. Application #3 is a Youth Short-Term application and must be completed for each trip.
